In reply to the 2nd paragraph of your Despatch No.231 dated the 29th July, 1904, on the subject of the terms of transfer to the Admiralty of land at Long Harbour, I have the honour to inform you that I consider that it would be reasonable to accede to the wishes of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty as expressed in paragraphs 6 and 7 of their letter of the 21st July, 1904.
